As noted in the Terms and Conditions, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for Feme Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Will FeeMe ever change this Privacy Policy?

We’re constantly trying to improve our services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on FeeMe, by emailing you, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of our services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use Feme Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree with all the changes.

What Information does FeeMe Collect?

Information You Provide to Us:

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide for us. The following are some examples (not limited):

1. Registration information

To create an account on FeeMe, you must provide us with at least your name, email address, and/or mobile number, and a password and agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, which governs how we treat your information. You may provide additional information during the registration flow (for example, your postal code, job title, and company) to help you build your profile and to provide you with more customized services (for example: language-specific profile pages, updates, content, more relevant ads and career opportunities). You understand that, by creating an account, we and others will be able to identify you by your FeeMe profile. We may also ask for your credit card details if you purchase certain additional services. Your credit card details will not be viewable on our website.

2. Profile Information

After you create an account, you may choose to provide additional information on your FeeMe profile, such as descriptions of your skills, professional experience, educational background, and desired consultation rate. You can list honors, awards, professional affiliations, and affiliated entities or individuals that are allowed to contact you. Providing additional information enables Advisors to derive more benefit from our students by better informing interested students of the Advisor’s career track, and enables students to increase their chances of being selected for an appointment with an Advisor. It also enables us to serve you ads and other relevant content on and off of our services.

3. Payment Information

If you use our service to make or receive payments, we will also collect certain payment information, such as payment card, Bitcoin or other financial account information, and billing address.

4. Identity Verification

We may collect Personal Information, such as your date of birth, or taxpayer identification number, to validate your identity or as may be required by law, such as completion of tax filings. We may request documents to verify this information, such as a copy of your government-issued identification or photo or a billing statement.

We Never Share Your Data with Others?

Your account privacy settings may allow you to limit the other users who can see the Personal Information in your user profile and/or what information in your user profile is visible to others. Please remember that any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by anyone. Your username may also be displayed to other users if and when you send messages or comments or upload images or videos through FeeMe Services and other users can contact you through messages and comments.

Is personal Information about me secure?

Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.

What Personal Information can I access?

Through your account settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the following information you’ve provided to us:

  • 4. User profile information, including images, descriptions, videos, and other info you have uploaded to your FeeMe profile

How to Take Charge of Your Data Managing and Deleting Information?

You have certain rights regarding your Personal Data. You can access and verify that your Personal Data is correct and up-to-date, opt-in or out of receiving material from us or our partners, and request that we delete or provide a copy of your Personal Data by logging into the Site, selecting ‘Settings’ from the dropdown in the top right, and navigating to the relevant option. Please note that the ability to delete an account may be restricted for users enrolled in for-credit offerings, including MasterTrack certificates, degrees, or other similar programs.

We retain your Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required to comply with applicable laws.
